They will fee you for literally everything! Then, not fix or maintain their part, make you wait months or years for repairs, and not even show up. Most of their properties have mice and roaches.

Very helpful. Super busy when u pay the rent but they do keep up with maintenance etc. never had a problem. I liked that they didn't bother us unless we needed anything.
