Excellent breakfast. Excellent service excellent atmosphere. Outside tables are wonderful and inside bar facing outside open windows are a great touch. Highly highly recommended.

Just wrong! Unfriendly owner? Just a local bar/restaurant for "their" group. I felt unwelcome. It's definitely not for the younger crowd. It's more adult and over 50.
