When patients and their families are faced with a terminal condition and options for curable treatments have been exhausted, it can be hard to know where to turn to next. Nurses Plus Hospice offers care that is focused on providing physical, emotional, social, and even spiritual support to patients and their families during this difficult time. - We assist in providing care in the setting where the patient feels most comfortable (home, nursing/assisted living facilities for the elderly, etc.) - We take the stress out of managing the plan of care by covering all the medications, medical equipment, and supplies related to the terminal condition. - We provide caretaker relief when needed by temporarily placing patients in a safe, comfortable nursing care environment of preference. - We work around the patient's and family's needs, preserve patient dignity, and advocate for the overall well-being of the patient.
