I paid the move out charges regrettably because PRC doesn't communicate well and I didn't want these charges to negatively affect my credit. Keep in mind I paid the charges before the deadline....
Terrible guest parking. Owners dont clean up after their dogs so lots of dog poop around. Hidden charges keep piling up. Office not exceptionally helpful. Dont think ill renew when lease is up
