They do a nice job grooming they are just SO SLOW! Takes 15-30 mins just to get somebody to come to the service desk. I mean EVERYTIME. They have to hire some help or something.

The interface for purchasing on your website is a trap for grabbing personal information and I hate it. Checking out as a guest and at every step you still try to capture everything. It's pathetic...
