this place sucks rates go up went from 130 to 180 a month it's barely the 3rd they are saying I'm past due and they are already liening my storeage with in 1 week in the month scam this place is

Cheap storage prices but terrible customer service nobody answers the phone and when I got there 1 minute before 5 they didn't open the gate at all for me I had honked the horn for 15 20'mins...

I went to my storage during hours on Saturday and nobody was in the office to answer the phone or unlock the door to get access to my storage unit. I will be switching to a different storage provider.
