In 1995, Anthony Miller and Robert Hauser opened the first Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurant in Denver. The restaurant chain has grown to include more than 200 Odoba Mexican Grills nationwide. The signature menu includes a variety of burritos, tacos, salads, nachos, quesadillas and sauces and salsas. Odoba was named one of the top 15 inexpensive restaurants in Colorado by Denver s Gabby Gourmet restaurant critic. In 2003, Jack in the Box acquired Qdoba. In addition to Qdoba, Jack in the Box operates and franchises more than 1,900 Jack in the Box restaurants, among the nation's first major drive-thru hamburger chains. Qdoba Mexican Grill operates separately from Jack in the Box restaurants. The company s corporate headquarters are in Wheat Ridge, Colo.
