History

After graduating from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1984, Dr. Claypool moved to Fresno and began practicing dentistry that very year. He ran a successful, thriving dental office in Fresno for over 20 years. In 2005, Dr. Claypool sold his business and relocated to Southern California. In 2013, he moved back to Fresno full-time to reestablish his dental practice, Robert S. Claypool DDS, Inc.

Our office is devoted to general, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry. As your dental provider, we are responsible for the general diagnosis, prevention, treatment, and management of many dental conditions, disorders, and diseases that affect the teeth, gums, jaw, and face. We provide the coordination of services related to the oral health needs for patients of all ages so everyone in your entire family can visit our practice. General dentistry: *Preventive care visits *Restorative services like fillings, crowns, and bridges *Fitting and placement of dentures *Root canal therapy Sedation Dentistry: *Inhalation sedation - nitrous oxide (also known as laughing gas). *Oral sedation, in pill form, allows patients to enter a state of total relaxation during treatment, and provides an amnesia effect after treatment where patients rarely remember their visit. Implant Dentistry -An artificial tooth root which acts as an anchor for replacement teeth. -They look and feel like natural teeth.
