Who is Skutch Electronics Skutch Electronics, Inc. has been successfully designing and building telecommunication equipment for over 27 years. Skutch was established in 1977. We have a product line of approximately 20 products. We design, build, service and supply high quality telephone support for all of our products at our facilities in Roseville, California. Skutch also designs and builds custom products for OEM applications. Our design capabilities include software development, audio, telephone, DSP and microcontroller based products. We design our own hardware, printed circuit boards, and enclosures in house. We believe in the products that we build and we stand behind them. In fact, we still repair some Skutch products that we sold over 14 years ago.
