Poor service! To many customers and not enough staff to help! Almost one hr wait time! The quality of helping customers is poor, maybe this is why this location is rated poorly!
If you come plan to wait !! Not enough staff for the amount of ppl that come in . SMH . Even with an appointment you will end up waiting .
I would give it a minus stars if I could It's the worst cable company today it went off-line five times as I watched the football game It does it all the time have to restart it freezes or it...
I sincerely have tryed, I have wasted hours. I always have to wait for a call and start all over again. One appointment, Christine from TX had the nerve to call me a whole month after appointment....
