Order taken efficiently, got order quickly but this was a slow time of day (is there such a thing at Starbucks?). Order was correct and was thanked for coming.

Filthy bathrooms. Poor customer service. Disorganized. Inefficient. What has happened!?!? Such a low feeling in there. Only nice person was one who made my order.

The service here is just ok. The baristas are businesslike and efficient but not friendly. Surprisingly there is a large homeless population in this area which did not seem apparent in past years...
