Jenn the barista may have been new... but she was also likely on painkillers or booze... maybe both... I could not for the life of me convey what a matcha was or how it's made... after 30 minutes...

Not sure what it is with this Starbucks but every time I got a drink here it taste horrible. No flavoring in the Frappuccino and I get the same exact drink at every Starbucks. I can't figure out....

Very slow... workers never look at the customers.... Terrible.. I'd rather order at albertson.
