I will never ever order another phone with TMobile via UPS cause you'll never receive it. Theres something fishy going on with UPS/TMobile. I tracked my UPS pkg and it was on the truck one evening...

Store closes at 8:00pm. Arrived at 7:15pm and asked if we could do a phone trade in. First of all, they said they couldn't do any kind of trade in with a damaged screen, not even a $1 for parts....
