The drive thru worker was rude, unhelpful and claimed to not be able to show me how to use the Taco Bell app.

Whats the point in modify your order when they screw it up! Wasted money on bad service. I ordered a crunch wrap with no sour cream and tomatoes and they put both on there! I live across town so...

Once again I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and got a bean burrito. It's frustrating to keep getting the wrong order.
