Tal's Cafe is located on Florence Ave in South Los angels in a building constructed in 1940's. The cafe itself was started in 1940's and specializes in Southern-style cooking. Only serving breakfast and lunch, it is old school '40s authentic, with wood paneling and exposed brick walls, green floor, an original counter with stools, booth seating and hanging globe lamps. A MUST DINE!!
