Lovely spot for yoga and Pilates. I occasionally travel to slow and the staff are helpful and welcoming. Teaching staff are great too! Highly recommend.

What a fantastic community! Dropped in for a Pilates class while traveling through town. The energy was so abundantly delicious. If I was local this would without a doubt be my new home. :)
