Violet Los Angeles is the vision of Chef, Author, Cooking Instructor and owner Dana Slatkin. Having spent her childhood in Westwood, Dana hopes to bring new creativity and conviviality to the charming Village through excellent food and a beautiful ambiance.

Located on historic Glendon Avenue in Westwood Village, Violet LA is the quintessential charming bistro specializing in California-French comfort food. Housed in a 1938 brick building with a chic dining room, a sexy marble bar, and a romantic courtyard with a burbling fountain, Violet is a magical destination for any celebration, date night or gathering. Upstairs is Violet Cooking School, a stylish venue for corporate team building, interactive cooking and any special occasion.
