I am very dissatisfied with VITCO's response to my termite issue. Despite the seriousness of the problem, they declined to take action, citing a lack of available funds.

Horrible HOA, my condo has a leak coming from the outside wall for 9 years but never fixed, kept reporting the problem and the damage caused by the leak inside my unit worsen.
