History

The team behind Bludso's BBQ, Prime Pizza and Cofax have teamed up with chef Keisuke Akabori to create YOJIMBO, a fast casual Japanese restaurant focusing on donburi rice bowls and local, seasonal produce. YOJIMBO draws inspiration from Japanese fast food chains like Matsuya, delivering simple, fast and nutritious food while using the best produce that California has to offer. YOJIMBO is launching with our takeout window (YOWINDOW) as well as outdoor dining on Fairfax.
