CO-ALAS is a professional education association based in Denver, CO, that advocates for the development and placement of Latino and Latina administrators dedicated to providing quality public education for all students. They promote effective educational practices for Latino English Language Learners (ELL) students, collaborate with educators at local, state, and national levels to ensure their success, and offer career enhancement opportunities through professional development and mentoring.
