Walking in there is a coloring wall which I loved. There were 6 gluten free cookie options. They bake the cookies fresh after you order. The gluten free ones held together and did t fall apart....

The Red Velvet and Carrot Cake slices are my favorite from Boulder Baked. I preferred their other location in the Pearl Street Mall area but I appreciate the ease of parking with the parking lot....
