See a problem? Let us know!
The technician was timely, he was competent, he was friendly and since the repairs took less time than anticipated, he offered to do some service work that was covered by my warranty. As far as home repairs go, this went as well as possible.
Repairman arrived on time and repaired my stove in about 15 minutes. My repair was easy. One of the burners were not working. He took a tool and cleaned it out. I know simple, but it meant a lot to me. I have a warranty so I was told by the salesman to use it and I did. I would recommend anyone with their warranty to use it!
We have had a maintenance agreement sense 1978, with Sears.Last October I called Sears for maintenance on our dishwasher, as it had started to leak under the front door. I got an appointment with, Aaron's Appliance Service on November 2. The repairman said we needed a new motor and pump assembly, he ordered the motor and pump, to be delivered on November 10. Aaron's got the motor and pump and installed it on November 14. The Aaron's repairman gave us his card and told us to call if we had any problem. On November 23 I tried to wash our china for Thanksgiving and the dishwasher was leaking again. Tried to call Aaron's but did not get ahold of anyone until November 29th. The repairman came out and told us he did not know how to fix the dishwasher and that we needed to have a Sears Certified Repairman fix it.I called Sears and got an appointment for December 23 with a certified repairman. The repairman came out and said we needed a spray arm and that was the problem. He gave us this cell phone number to call him when the spray arm arrived. He would then install it.On November 30 UPS delivered a Bearing, I called the Sears repairman and left a message. On January 2 UPS delivered a cap for the dishwasher, I called the Sears repairman and left another message. The repairman has yet to return any calls. On January 3 I called Sears to complain and was told to call Sears Technical Support on January 4. I called the Sears Technical Support and explained about my dishwasher. They checked and no spray arm was ordered jus a bearing and a cap, they said they would make my next appointment for January 20th with their Certified Repairman.
