The customer service here is your typical federal employee situation. Lines that barely move, employees that don't care. When you have a line of people at the door, why is there a single employee?
This review is primarily based on their lack of staff/speed. You would think 4-5pm would be properly staffed. If you plan on coming during this time, make sure to give yourself between 5-30 minutes.
