Worst chase bank I've ever been at and the slowest I people work there and the system it's always slow also staff doesn't know how their company works

Don't state that you are open until 2:00 PM on a Saturday, if you are not open until 2:00 PM. Pulled up and I don't know if it was a guard or what, but he waved us down to let us know it was closed.
