Worst vacation experience ever. Amtrak issues are not the fault of this agency but some warning of delays and lack of services, and coach seating would have been nice. Option to stay at Hotel...

Set up a last minute mini vacation from Denver to Glenwood Springs via Amtrak with Bruce. Pleasant service and quick/easy set-up. Couldn't ask for more.
