History

I began at my campus rec center through their personal training program, at the University of Kansas, where I graduated with a degree in Community Health. I then went independent for some time and just recently moved to the Denver area.

I'm passionate about changing lives, not simply in the gym but as a whole. With my knowledge of fitness, as well as nutrition and supplementation, I provide a holistic approach to each and every one of my clients that caters to their specific needs and goals.
