Sears Hometown Store

John at the local Durango store was super-helpful yesterday. Navigating an online purchase became a hassle and John was able to clear everything up. Great follow-up, honesty, and clarity.

I ordered a washer and chest freezer from Sears in Durango a month ago and haven't heard a word. I've tried calling and their number is no lon in service what's the deal!!!
