Gauge on right side and back of hair was left long and uneven and then she cut 4" down to 1/4 inch. Very bad and humiliating!

Bald Spot on right side. I have very thick hair and do not have any loss of hair or bald spots..until now.

JEN butchered my left side in 2 places.The upper bald spot had blood when I got home looked in the mirror.No response from SmartStyle?

WORST HAIRCUT EVER! I'd going to report JEN to Colorado Board of Barbers and Cosmotologists!
