The people at this store were friendly and most helpful. They helped me figure out a fix for a broken filing cabinet drawer that Lowe's, Home Depot, or Hobby Lobby were not able to help me with.

Called ahead to see if they had the Black and Decker electric screwdriver. They did. Drove right over. They had ALREADY PLACED THE ITEM ON HOLD for me. What lovely customer service.

Rude employee is over the top hostile towards customers. I had an incident and let it go. Then, my friend had an even worse experience and I'm posting this now. I'll never be back to this store...
