Girls With Books is a non-profit organization based in Boulder, CO, dedicated to empowering South Sudanese girls through education. By providing access to quality education, mentoring, and training programs, Girls With Books aims to address the high rates of out-of-school children and low literacy levels among girls in South Sudan. Founded through the merger of two established organizations, Girls With Books pays for tuition, room and board, and essential supplies for girls to attend private schools in South Sudan and refugee camps in northern Uganda.
