Waterford High School is a nationally recognized service learning school, set on a 46-acres campus and enrolling more than 1,000 students in grades nine through 12. It offers various subjects, such as English, math, science and social studies, with health and physical education and fine arts. The school offers various team sports, including soccer, football, basketball, field hockey, and swimming and wrestling. The school has a cafeteria, library and computer center, and also offers transportation services. It has various clubs, such as video production, dance and drama, band music boosters, athletic teams, anti-bullying coalition and Amnesty International. It has a parent advisory committee that serves as a forum for parents to ask questions and express any concerns regarding students and school policy. The school is located in Waterford, Conn.
