Hello my name is Eric Fand I have 15 years of experience in the construction business. I started out as a painter and was a carpenter ast for 5 years i was a teen eager to learn the ins and outs of the business. I then started to build pools and if you have ever lived in FL you know that is one of the worst jobs .But i really wanted to learn as much as i could my wife was offered a job here in Connecticut and i knew there was a reason for this move and I started to work as a sub but wanted more and finally pulled the trigger and got my licence and now wanting to make sure I can make a positive impact and meet new people with this business.and help as many homeowners as possible. When I go out to a home to give an estimate it is not only about the money its more of a building trust and a friendship that will blossom not always but this is my goal .
