It is Wellness Massage Therapy began with one thing in mind - fostering wellness in the Greater Bridgeport Area and throughout parts of Fairfield County through healing of the mind, body and soul! At the forefront of everything I do is a desire to change lives through intuitive touch, and most importantly prayer! Jason Ayala, LMT Has partnered with Dr. Jonathan Charlestin at Charlestin Chiropractic Group in Stratford to help provide the best in recovery services.

Specialties

It is Wellness integrates and customizes each session according to your individual needs. Modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, myofacial release, trigger point therapy and I specialize in neck and shoulder pain or injuries specifically. These modalities can also be used in a prenatal sessions. I also provide Assisted Stretch as a certified Stretch Therapist. These session use a specific head to toe routine Which targets your major muscle groups, helping to increase flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance daily performance.
