the worst experience-a nightmare-they have no record of my payment that i made, then they hang up on me, then the 'new' manager is rude and argumentative and sends me the wrong payment receipt....

Ripoff. The storage facility itself is decent enough, but the rate has gone up 50% to 60% in just the last four years. Once they get you in, they'll take you for all you're worth. Avoid.
