I've had no trouble with them. Sure you get dragged around to pick up other passengers, but where else can you get door to door roundtrip from Groton to JFK for 200$ ??? Tell me!

I would not recommend this company. When my flight was delayed, they did not even made an effort to help me get home. They do not refund your money either.

Pickup and drive was fine, but driver demanded a 20 dollar tip and didn't load my suitcases but only removed them. He also dropped me off at the end of my driveway, would be wary of drivers...
