Staff isn't very helpful. Woman would help me without a paper order even though I had a digital copy. I asked if she could print out- nope. She sent me to a print shop in town. (Insert eye) roll....

lab is always crowded, there isn't enough staff working there. wait is usually over 1.5 hrs.
