Founded in 1980, the Rose Hill Community Center offers a variety of educational and enrichment programs. It offers Head Start, which is a federal program for preschool children from low-income families. The program includes a variety of educational activities, medical and dental care, meals and snacks, and indoor and outdoor games. The center also offers a tutorial program that includes academic assistance to students in kindergarten through grade 12. The Rose Hill Community Center s day care program includes various developmental learning and enrichment activities. It additionally offers the S.A.F.E. Pathways program, which includes student and family enrichment through arts and recreational activities, field trips and cultural programs. The center is located in New Castle, Del.
