My husband needed a caffeine pick-me-up, so we stopped inside Starbucks while driving down I-95 South on route to D.C. This drive-thru Starbucks is in the same lot as the Biden Welcome Center....

Update the hours, they do not open at 5am! Contacted Starbucks for assistance and they were no help. Still waiting on a refund.
