Andy's is good - cheap, tasty fried food, generous portions and the all-important random slice of white bread. I'm a not-especially-tough girl and I've never felt afraid to go there.

Andy's provides good low end takeout at at great prices. The area's gotten a lot better and I the crackheads that used to hang out around here don't seem to come by anywhere near as much anymore....

Very fine fried food and great selection of sodas juices and other beverages. Try the fish or scallops.
