Each staff member has the ability to effectively communicate with clients and personnel alike. Our personnel have career experience within emergency management and the Department of Justice. These skills have enabled us to own and operate a successful business. Throughout my government career as a funding analyst and project coordinator for the Department of Justice, I had to provide technical and analytical expertise and compose relative information and cost-effective analysis for my superiors. These skills have assisted in ensuring that we provide our employees with the knowledge, skill, and ability to effectively get the job done right the first time, every time. As CEOs it is our goal to ensure that all of our contractual obligations are met with precision and professionalism. MHCS was started because my husband and I recognized that there is a need in the Washington, D.C. area for a detail-oriented and affordable janitorial company that will provide each client with excellent and consistent service. MHCS emphasizes to each employee the importance of being cognizant of each client's specific requirements and of always paying attention to details. Each employee has completed a comprehensive questionnaire and a security clearance. This process assures clients that the staff of MHCS has the skills and abilities to address their specific needs.
