Bristol is a city in and the county seat of Liberty County, Florida, United States. The population was 845 at the 2000 census; in 2005, the population according to U.S Census estimates was 910. Two schools are based in Bristol: Liberty County High School and W. R. Tolar Elementary and Middle School.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.2 km²), all land.
