Masaryktown is a census-designated place (CDP) in Hernando County, Florida, United States. The population was 920 at the 2000 census. It is named after the first president of Czechoslovakia, Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk.
Masaryktown is located at 28°26′N 82°28′W / 28.433°N 82.467°W / 28.433; -82.467 (28.4417, -82.4606).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.1 square miles (2.7 km²), all of it land.
