I have used this company a few times. Personnel are very efficient. Very good at returning calls and scheduling delivery and pick up. The man who delivers is very pleasant.
Bought a commode frame so my dad could lower himself onto the toilet with his arms after surgery. Guy there was really nice, gave us the internet price ($59) even though it said $99 in the store....
Helpful staff. Clean store. I've never had an issue here. I support local business and will never buy anything online that I can get from a local business. Buying off Amazon or other online only...
Do not shop here. Plenty of other medical supply stores in area. They are overpriced and not willing to work with Medicare. Their staff is unorganized and unhelpful.
