Established in 2003, Seasons 52 is a grill and wine bar that serves fresh foods of the season, complemented by wines from around the globe. Its menu comprises starters, flatbreads, entr es and desserts. Seasons 52 changes its menu four times a year with the season and offers fresh products 52 weeks a year. It provides an on-line reservation and gift cards options. The restaurant s selected wine list includes over 100 selections, of which 60 are available by the glass. Season 52 uses natural cooking techniques, such as wood-fire grilling, brick-oven cooking and caramelizing vegetables to enable retention of the natural flavors. Wine Spectator awarded Season 52 Award of Excellence in 2009.
