About Our Founder Stacy Renz: Stacy is a 1000-hour yoga therapist, occupational therapist, certified clinical hypnotherapist, and founder of Life Balance Yoga. Life Balance Yoga, which focuses on alignment and muscular balance in the body, allows beginners to advanced students to achieve their greatest potential. As a yoga therapist Stacy applies her keen eye for detail, deep knowledge of the body, and intuition to help students achieve greater ease, flexibility and strength. She specializes in performance improvement for athletes, chronic injury and pain, depression and anxiety, and neurological conditions. As an occupational therapist, Stacy performs cranial sacral therapy to work with the soft tissue in the body.
