The Florida Commission on Ethics investigative section investigates complaints of violations of the state s ethics laws and writes narrative investigative reports. The commission s financial disclosure division handles and supervises the disclosure notification processes, receives and maintains disclosure forms and responds to inquiries about financial disclosure laws.
