The State Attorney's Office, governed by the city of Tallahassee in Florida, serves a population of more than 300,000 people in Leon, Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty and Wakulla counties in Florida. The attorney's office processes various criminal cases presented by law enforcement officers who have charged persons with felonies, misdemeanors and traffic crimes.
