Dr. Ryan Simovitch, MD, is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who serves the residents of the greater Palm Beach, Florida area, including Jupiter, Wellington, West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Gardens. At Palm Beach Shoulder Institute, Dr. Simovitch specializes in diagnosing and treating many different health conditions that affect the shoulder, including arthritis, rotator cuff injuries, dislocations, and sports injuries. The doctor also performs many different surgeries and procedures as well, including arthroscopic surgery, shoulder replacements, reverse shoulder replacement, and procedures to repair both labral tears and AC joint injuries. Palm Beach Shoulder Institute, part of the greater group of physicians of Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute, and Dr. Simovitch utilize the most advanced arthroscopic and open surgical techniques to repair and reconstruct damaged bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and cartilage, as well as a wide variety of treatment methods that work to strengthen and heal the shoulder joint. Dr. Simovitch takes great pride the life changing effects of his treatments for shoulder injuries and conditions.  After receiving his medical degree and performing a residency at Duke University, Dr. Simovitch went on to further his education at Chicago Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital Harvard Shoulder Service. The doctor is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Simovitch specializes in the treatment of complex shoulder and sports medicine ailments, with particular expertise in arthroscopic and advanced open primary and revision reconstruction of the shoulder and elbow, as well as reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Simovitch believes in treating each patient as an individual and applying new and evidence-based principles to treat common and complicated problems.
