Established in 1938, West Palm Beach Housing Authority provides safe housing to individuals with limited financial resources. It operates the Conventional Housing Program, providing several public housing units for over 5,000 individuals. It also administers vouchers through the Housing Choice Voucher Program to provide rental assistance. With a focus on serving the homeless, immigrants, refugees, seniors and others, it offers programs, including Section 8, public portable housing, veterans housing and Section 8 landlord.
