Cleaning clothes is okay. The price is high. They lost me as a customer when I needed a short length taken up. $25. Hem a skirt $25. Goodbye!!!!! The short was $13 new. The skirt was $22 new.

I can't even give them one star. Twice they have ruined my clothes and tried to blame it on me. Here's a photo of a very expensive blazer I'd had cleaned several times before gateway. Ruined it....

Take your clothes someplace else. This place has very poor customer service, high prices, and slow turn around to get your order cleaned. Did I mention the in excusably poor customer service?
